Broad air-treatment range — filtration, desiccant drying, and condensate separation — engineered in-house and priced for value.
Clean. Dry. Compliant.
Founded in 1987 in Ankara, Turkey with an explicit mission to "produce the technology of the future," Mikropor has grown into one of the world's leading manufacturers of atmospheric air filtration and compressed air treatment systems. Today the company operates approximately 1,000 employees across multiple manufacturing facilities in Ankara, exporting to over 100 countries across industrial, medical, and process markets.
Mikropor engineers and manufactures its filtration, desiccant drying, and oil-water separation product lines in-house, giving the company full control over quality at each stage of the treatment train. The US division, Mikropor America, is headquartered in Michigan City, Indiana, and distributes the full compressed-air treatment range — dryers, filters, and condensate separators — to the North American market.
The product strategy is straightforward: ISO-rated air quality at a value price point, with the in-house breadth to supply a complete upstream treatment package from a single manufacturer. That combination — documented performance, global manufacturing scale, and competitive pricing — is what positions Mikropor against both premium-tier European brands and lower-tier private-label products.
Mikropor builds filtration, desiccant drying, and oil-water separation in-house.
Mikropor's ISO-rated range brings documented air-quality classes to installs where premium-brand budgets don't fit.
Through the distribution network, Mikropor lead times and pricing are backed by aggregated network demand, with SPC as the single point of contact for quoting and after-sale support.
General Manufacturing → ISO-rated filtration and desiccant drying for general plant compressed-air systems.
Food & Beverage Processing → Cleanliness-class air treatment where cost constraints rule out premium-tier brands.
Pharmaceutical, Medical Device & Laboratory → ISO 8573-1 rated treatment for documented air-quality requirements in lab environments.
Automotive Manufacturing → Filtration and drying for paint, tooling, and process air on the manufacturing floor.
Metalworking & Fabrication → Desiccant drying and filtration for machining, finishing, and cutting operations.
Oil & Gas / Energy → High-pressure filtration (HG/HGH series) for gas and energy sector applications. Standard heatless MHL series targets −40°F PDP for instrument and process air. The optional −94°F fill extends the range to ultra-dry applications. For general plant air where a refrigeration dryer would normally serve, evaluate the MWOS condensate separator alongside a coalescing filter first.
GON/GO coalescing grades reach to 0.01 micron for ISO 8573-1 Class 1 particle and aerosol removal. Size the housing to the system flow; the HG/HGH high-pressure series handles service to ~5,000 PSI where standard housings cannot be used.
MWOS oil-water separators handle compressor condensate from roughly 60 to ~1,943 CFM. Match the separator model to the compressor's CFM rating to ensure the media residence time keeps the outlet oil below the ~10 ppm discharge target.
Mikropor is the value-tier choice with ISO-documented performance — appropriate when the spec requires a cleanliness class but the budget does not support a premium-brand treatment train. Not the selection where brand audit trail or highest-tier after-sale support is the primary decision criterion.
