Sunny is a Taiwan-based manufacturer of air compressor pressure switches serving the global compressor controls replacement market. The product line is purpose-built for the small to mid-sized reciprocating compressor segment — the installed base most common in light manufacturing, workshops, and service trades — where the priority is a reliable, ready-to-install replacement with the unloader and on/off lever already included.
The Sunny 25A family covers the dominant voltage and phase combinations (120/240 V, single- and three-phase, 25 A contacts) in plastic and metallic enclosure variants. The metal-enclosure CC-SU-MH1 extends the line into tougher service environments where a plastic housing is not appropriate. UL listing and CSA certification confirm the switches meet the electrical safety standards required for the US and Canadian markets.

The Sunny 25A operates across 95–175 PSI with 28–40 PSI differential. Confirm the compressor cut-in and cut-out settings are within this range. If the application requires a wider or higher range, step up to the Square D 9012/9013 series.
