The entire business is built around one technology — pressure-swing adsorption (PSA) — applied across the widest range of deployment formats in the SPC vendor line: standard fixed skids, portable and trailer-mounted units, high-pressure cylinder-fill systems, and turnkey ISO-containerized plants.
South-Tek's N2GEN platform delivers nitrogen purity from 95% to 99.9995% in a single product family, with each system configured in-house by a factory engineering team to the customer's exact flow, purity, and pressure requirements. That in-house sizing capability — not fixed catalog boxes — is the differentiator for industrial accounts converting off delivered cylinders or dewars. South-Tek also carries a documented track record in military and government procurement, opening defense and aerospace-MRO accounts that a standard plant-pressure PSA cannot reach.

Aerospace & Aviation → High-pressure nitrogen for aircraft tire servicing and ground support cylinder filling. Fixed indoor install points to the N2GEN S or CS skid in cabinet or open-frame format. If the nitrogen system must relocate between job sites or departments, the portable skid or trailer-mounted chassis carries the same PSA technology with a mobile frame.
95–99% covers most laser-cutting assist gas and blanketing applications. 99.9%–99.999% is required for food-contact, pharmaceutical, and electronics uses. 99.9995% is the upper bound for analytical and critical-process applications. South-Tek configures to the specified purity — not the next standard box up.
Aircraft tire servicing, fire suppression cylinder filling, and defense applications require above-plant-pressure nitrogen. The N2GEN HPCD (deployable, fills one cylinder to 2,200 or 3,500 psig) or HPCF-K0 (stationary, fills 2/4/6 cylinders within 24 hours) are the purpose-built platforms.
The ISO-containerized N2GEN packages generator, feed compressor, treatment, and buffer storage into one shippable unit. It arrives as a plug-and-play nitrogen plant — no building, no installation coordination beyond utilities.
