Aluminum piping that goes in fast and stays leak-free.
Fast. Light. Leak-free.
RapidAir was founded in 2003 in Auburndale, Wisconsin, with a straightforward premise: compressed-air piping should be fast to install, leak-free in service, and available to shops that can't justify a contractor or imported system. Starting from a garage prototype of the Home Garage Air Line Kit, the company built a product line around domestically manufactured aluminum and sealed compression fittings.
By 2011 the line had expanded to include FASTPIPE — a rigid, internally anodized seamless-extruded aluminum pipe for main lines — and MAXLINE, a semi-flexible multi-layer aluminum-core tubing for drops and tight-radius runs. The two systems connect through standard thread adapters, so a facility can run rigid mains and bendable drops from a single product family. RapidAir is headquartered in Auburndale, WI, and ships from the largest in- category inventory in the US. Products carry a limited lifetime guarantee against corrosion and leakage defects, backed by domestic customer service.
SPC sources RapidAir through its distribution network and handles the quote — so you get availability and a local contact who can size the pipe, pick the fittings, and confirm compatibility in one call.
FASTPIPE and MAXLINE are designed to work together.
Through the distribution network, RapidAir availability is backed by aggregated distributor demand, with SPC as the single contact for quoting, lead time, and after-sale support.
Automotive Manufacturing → Clean, dry air distribution for paint, pneumatic tooling, and assembly drops.
General Manufacturing → Main-line and drop piping for plant-wide compressed-air distribution.
Metalworking & Fabrication → Aluminum piping resists shop coolants and oils better than black iron.
HVAC & Building Systems → Lightweight aluminum piping for building mechanical room air distribution.
Woodworking & Furniture → Corrosion-resistant piping where sawdust and moisture accelerate iron pipe failure.
Food & Beverage Processing → Internally anodized aluminum eliminates rust contamination risk from iron piping. FASTPIPE comes in ¾" through 3" I.D. Match pipe diameter to compressor HP and total run length using the RapidAir sizing chart; undersized mains cause pressure drop across the facility.
Use FASTPIPE for straight main-line runs where rigidity and flow capacity matter. Switch to MAXLINE at the drop points for bendable routing around beams, equipment, or walls without extra elbow fittings.
New installations can be designed around FASTPIPE mains from the start. Retrofitting into an existing black-iron or PVC system uses thread adapters to tie FASTPIPE into the existing headers at both ends.
