The complete tubing-range brand — PA, FEP, and PE from one source.
One brand. Every polymer.
Mantova was founded in Caxias do Sul, Brazil in 1993, in a region recognized as a center of industrial manufacturing in Latin America. The company specializes in the extrusion of technical plastic tubes — PA12, FEP, PTFE, and polyethylene — for applications where dimensional consistency, chemical compatibility, and long-term mechanical stability are not negotiable.
More than three decades of single-focus manufacturing have produced an automated extrusion and inspection process that measures outer diameter, inner diameter, and wall thickness on every meter of tube produced, with optical and ultrasonic sensors feeding real-time quality data to computerized control interfaces. That level of process discipline reflects the markets Mantova serves: automotive brake and fuel lines, instrumentation circuits, food-contact and pharmaceutical transfer, and pneumatic automation — any of which can cause a safety or quality failure if the tubing is out of tolerance. The company has expanded beyond Brazil to include manufacturing operations in Mexico, supporting North American distribution of a tubing program that covers the three most common industrial polymer types from a single-brand source.
Mantova covers PA12, FEP/PTFE, and PE in one line.
SPC carries Mantova direct as a stocking partner.
Mantova's PA12 line is built to SAE and DIN standards for air-brake and instrumentation service.
Automotive Manufacturing → PA12 air-brake, fuel, and instrumentation lines to SAE and DIN transport standards.
General Manufacturing → Pneumatic automation tubing in PA12 and PE for cylinder and valve circuit distribution.
Pharmaceutical, Medical Device & Laboratory → FEP/PTFE tubing for chemically inert, clean-room, and FDA-contact fluid transfer.
Food & Beverage Processing → Food-contact-grade fluoropolymer tubing for processing and transfer lines.
Chemical & Petrochemical → FEP/PTFE for aggressive-media lines where nylon is chemically incompatible.
Material Handling & Conveyors → Polyethylene tubing for general-purpose pneumatic circuit distribution on handling equipment. PA12 covers oils, fuels, brake fluids, and most compressed-air environments. Fluoropolymer (FEP/PTFE) is required for strong acids, bases, solvents, and food/pharma-contact service. Polyethylene suits low-pressure general-purpose air where chemical inertness is not required.
PA12 handles standard industrial ambient-to-elevated temperatures. FEP/PTFE extends to high-temperature and UV-exposed environments. PE is the low-cost option for ambient-temperature general service.
Air-brake and transport applications: specify PA12 to SAE J844 / DIN 73378. Food-contact or pharmaceutical service: specify fluoropolymer and confirm food-contact suitability with SPC before ordering.
Confirm working pressure against Mantova's published ratings for the OD and wall thickness selected — PE is the lightest-duty option. PA12 and fluoropolymer ratings vary by wall thickness and OD; specify both dimensions when requesting a quote.
