JORC Industrial is a Dutch condensate-management specialist with more than 30 years in the compressed air industry, supplying OEMs, dealers, and distributors in over 100 countries. The company builds one product category — condensate drains and oil-water separators — and has built an unusually broad catalog within that category: mechanical float drains, electronic level-sensed drains, timer drains, and high-pressure variants covering the full range of duty from a small reciprocating compressor to a large central-plant system.
That focus means every design decision — material selection, seal chemistry, alarm logic, pressure rating — is made in the context of condensate management. The MAG-11 magnetic float drain, for instance, delivers zero air loss with no electrical power required, making it viable in remote or hazardous locations where running a cable is impractical. The electronic SMART-GUARD line adds fault detection and alarm output for connected systems where a drain failure must be surfaced before it becomes a downstream problem.
JORC products carry CE, cULus, and ATEX certifications, which means the same catalog covers European, North American, and hazardous-area installations without switching brands or sourcing paths.

Standard drain models cover typical compressor system pressures. High-pressure applications to approximately 7,250 PSI require the SMART-GUARD-HP or other HP variants in the JORC range. Confirm the rated working pressure matches the system.
High-particulate sumps (reciprocating compressors, large receivers with scale) are harder on float mechanisms — the timer-line drains (FLUIDRAIN, EZ-1, TEC-44) are more tolerant of particulate-heavy condensate where a precision float would require frequent cleaning.
Standard plant areas use any JORC drain. Classified hazardous areas (chemical, petrochem, gas compression) require an ATEX-certified model — confirm the zone classification before specifying.
