BelAire Compressors has built US-assembled cast-iron reciprocating air compressors for nearly four decades. The Iron Series is BelAire's core: all-cast-iron two-stage pumps at slow RPM on ASME-certified vertical and horizontal tanks, rated to 175 PSI, from 5 HP simplex to 20 HP duplex. It is the value-tier cast-iron workhorse — rebuyable, backed by a two-year bumper-to-bumper factory warranty on two-stage units, and priced to close quotes where premium-brand pricing is the objection.

60–80 gallon vertical tanks cover most single-station shop applications. 120–200 gallon duplex receivers suit multiple-drop systems or blast rooms. Single-phase (208–230V) covers most shop panels; three-phase (208–230V or 460V) is available for duplex units where the panel supports it.
