Aluminum modular piping built to a published spec — sized once, installed fast.
Spec it. Run it.
AIRpipe USA is a leading manufacturer of modular aluminum compressed air piping systems, recognized since its founding in 1997 for a product built around a simple principle: publish the pressure rating, specify the diameter, and let the installer do the rest without specialized labor or welding. The system uses 6063-T5 calibrated aluminum pipe with cast-aluminum fittings and nitrile seals, covering 3/4" through 8" diameter for compressed air, vacuum, and inert gas distribution.
AIRpipe distinguishes itself with a lock-and-seal fitting design that achieves a leak-free connection with standard tools, eliminating the need for threading equipment, welding, or pipe dope on every joint. The powder-coated internal bore resists corrosion and maintains dimensional consistency, and the heat- treated aluminum alloy meets ISO 8573-1 clean air standards — making the system suitable for clean-room, semiconductor, and oxygen-service installations where a galvanized or black-iron distribution main would require post-install cleaning.
SPC carries Airpipe USA direct as an authorized distributor.
Piping only works when it's sized correctly.
Through the distribution network, Airpipe USA availability is backed by aggregated distributor demand, with SPC as the single point of contact for quoting, lead time, and after-sale support.
General Manufacturing → Plant air distribution headers and branch drops across machine shop and assembly environments.
Automotive Manufacturing → Main headers and robot/tool drops in body and paint shops requiring dry, clean compressed air.
Food & Beverage Processing → Corrosion-resistant aluminum distribution for plant air in food and beverage facilities.
Pharmaceutical, Medical Device & Laboratory → Clean air piping for instrument and process air in pharmaceutical production and lab settings.
Metalworking & Fabrication → Compressed air and inert gas distribution for CNC machining centers and fabrication cells. Size from total flow demand and header length. AIRpipe covers 3/4" through 8" diameter — use the published pressure-drop data to select the diameter that keeps velocity in the 20–30 ft/s range for efficient distribution. SPC can assist with the sizing calculation.
3/4" to 2" pipe is rated to 300 psig; larger diameters carry lower published ratings (232 psig and 188 psig as size increases). Confirm working pressure plus any surge allowance against the published diameter rating before specifying.
AIRpipe is rated for compressed air, vacuum, and inert gas. It is not rated for steam, hydraulic oil, or flammable gas. Confirm media compatibility with the nitrile seal material for inert-gas applications.
AIRpipe's ISO 8573-1 clean bore rating means no post-install cleaning for semiconductor, clean-room, or oxygen-service installations — a cost and schedule advantage over traditional steel pipe that requires chemical cleaning after installation.
