Adsens Technology was founded in 1991 in La Puente, California, as a dedicated supplier of fluid-power accessories to the industrial pneumatics and hydraulics market. The company built its position on a focused product program — mufflers, inline filters, fittings, magnetic sensors, and pressure switches — engineered to the performance standard the application actually requires, at a price point that keeps the rest of the quote competitive.
More than half of Adsens production is customized or proprietary to specific OEM and channel customers, which reflects a business model built around solving real procurement problems rather than cataloguing commodity parts. Choose sintered bronze (BM/BMS/FBMS) for standard industrial duty — the element grade (10/40/90 micron) sets the filtration/back-pressure balance. Choose HFMP nylon-body where corrosion resistance matters or where metal contamination of the exhaust air is a concern.
BM/BMS/FBMS covers 10-32 UNF through 1" NPT, matching most standard valve and cylinder exhaust ports. Confirm thread standard (UNF or NPT) and port size from the valve datasheet before ordering.
The SPBMS flow-adjustment muffler adds an integrated needle valve for exhaust throttling, combining silencing and cylinder-speed control in one port fitting — use it where a separate speed controller would be over-budget.
Use Adsens for basic system-pressure indication or filter differential checks where a visual or simple electrical-output reading is sufficient.
